WHAT IS REQUIRED ?

The volunteer or intern is required to stay at the centre, agree with regulations and teach English. You are also responsible for your travel expenses and medical insurance.

Your stay at the centre

You will stay at our centre in Brazzaville in an area called Plateau des 15 ans, where we also have our main offices. You will have a room (no sharing) and access to a modern bathroom and cooking facilities.

The centre opens at 08:30 a.m and closes at 5:30. There is a guard to ensure your security and you will have your own keys.

Regulations

Interns and volunteers enrolled in our programmes should comply with safety measures at our centre.

You are required to not host someone in your room and also go out without informing our staff on your destination.  However, interns and volunteers are free to visit the city and also bring friends at the centre.  Please note that smoking is not permitted at the centre.

Language:

We are prepared to welcome English speakers and French speakers. If you don’t speak French at all, you will be assigned a local volunteer assistant who will help you.
