Mother has no way of paying for the child’s schooling. The mother of Anabelle is HIV-positive and has no way to pay the child’s school fees. Her situation is desperate, and her mother was forced to leave Anabelle with her niece. The child’s guardian does not have the financial means to pay for school fees, so the child does not attend school.
